Hi, 48 hours ago I had a non surgical nose job at a respectable practise who has significant experience. The results were instantly desirable however this morning I have woken up with a very swollen nose bridge and eyes. I understand swelling can be normal but I'm worried this is how it will look once settled. My doctor did advise me that she hit a blood vessel and there would be bruising. I would very much appreciate any advice you can offer me. Thank you.

Answer: Swelling and bruising are normal side effects of injections and can last approx 2 weeks.
I recommend you follow your Dr's orders and discontinue the use of your multivitamin. If the problem persists, schedule a follow up with your injector and discuss a possible hyaluronidase injection to dissolve the product. All the best.
Pressure and tingling at 2 weeks post injection are not normal side effects. Return to your injector and discuss your concerns. You may want to consider a hyaluronidase injection to have the product dissolved. Best.
