Can mouth breathing since childhood affect facial symmetry? Can it cause long face syndrome? (Photos)

I believe I have a very asymmetrical face. I have been a mouth breather since a very young age. I have told doctors in the UK but they refuse to even talk about it. From what I have researched, I believe have the typical symptoms of a mouth breather like facial deformities, receding chin, malocclusion, impacted wisdom teeth on the lower jaw, long face, sad, tired and depressed appearance, flat cheeks, weak jaw, forward head posture. Am I right in seeing this or have I got “body dysmorphia”?
