Could my chin implant be slightly too high up that it's causing a burning, tingling sensation when my lip is stretched?

1 Month Post - large anatomical chin implant. Bottom lip, right side, is still numb. When my PS pokes it, I can feel it, but it's not 100%. When I eat, or when I yawn really big and the lip is stretched, I get a tingling, burning sensation. I can feel the implant is a little higher on the right side, not by much, and you can't see it. Feels like the implant is a bit higher and closer to the root of my tooth. The right side is the only side that doesn't feel normal, like the left. Is this normal?

It's not uncommon to have some temporary changes in sensation after chin implant.  It may take a few months, ie 6+, to resolve.  This is probably just due to dissection/nerve stretching and not so much to the position of the implant.  The implant would have to be really, really high to actually be pressing on the nerve.  Your implant seems to be pretty symmetric, so i doubt that is the cause.
