I'm 2 weeks postop of my chin implant & I was picking at my scab because it seemed lumpy, then this clear string came from underneath my skin & I don't know whether to cut it or leave it alone but it's noticeable & my doctors office is closed over the weekend. I have work tomorrow & would prefer not to walk around with a string attached lol

It's not uncommon to have some temporary changes in sensation after chin implant. It may take a few months, ie 6+, to resolve. This is probably just due to dissection/nerve stretching and not so much to the position of the implant. The implant would have to be really, really high to actua...
I would humbly agree with Dr Lambros, and add a few other thoughts. Most prejowl implants I know of wrap around the front of the chin. This would advance your chin further, something I would be hesitant to do if I were you.
