I've had an initial consultation with chosen PS and I was recommended Mentor UHP silicone 400cc textured implant to be inserted under the muscle (different sizes to be used to correct asymmetry). I'm a bit unsure whether this is a right option for me? I understand that UHP implants are usually used for a reconstructions or on very narrow chest. I'm 5'5" and 126lbs. I'm 29inch under the bust and 32inch over bust. I'm after round, full bust that's not too big for my frame (please see photo)
