Scalp irregularities caused by an unsatisfactory hair transplant have become more noticeable since cutting my hair short. The pictures are of my scalp in a relaxed state where there are 2 prominent dents as depicted. When the forehead muscle contracts the skin over these dents is drawn forward reducing the appearance of the dents. The dents are therefore in the skull bone itself. Can dermal filler be used here? Or is this an area where its use is contraindicated? Thank you
