You would need an in-person consultation to determine the answers to your request. Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if you needed 1-2 syringes of filler depending on the consultation findings. Hyaluronic fillers like those from Restylane and Juvederm are the most common fillers used. ...

Hi @name1234. Thank you for sharing your photos. You have very minimal laugh lines, but if they are bothersome you can correct them with a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. Restylane Defyne and Refyne both work great in this area. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

These need a formal evaluation, but I find that clear + Brilliant, Fraxel or viva with microneedling help this a lot.  If they are truly syringoma they need resurfacing or desiccation needle.  Best, Dr. Emer.
