Can I get chiseled cheeks, and chiseled jaw line with filler? (Photo)

I want to have that model look, I would love to get high cheekbones/chiseled cheeks, and a chiseled jawline. Can filler do that?

The photos provided suggest central and mid-facial deflation and lack of definition of the posterior angle of the mandible. These problems can be quite readily addressed with the proper injection of volumizing fillers, which are intended for precisely for these types of volumizing, shaping, and contouring issues. Treatment should take about 20-30 minutes to perform and typically engenders an immediate  "Wow!" response.  My choices for volumizers in my Upper East Side Manhattan office would be Voluma XC and Radiesse Plus. (In my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency volumizing fillers are available, I would opt for Stylage XXL, Emervel Volume and Teosyal Ultra Deep for these purposes). I suggest you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician with experience and expertise in nonsurgical facial contouring in men (There are significant differences between treating men and women). Be sure to ask to see his/her before and after pictures.

Yes.  Enhancing your mid face and angle of the jaw can give a chiseled look.  I use Voluma for this purpose.

Hi, from the attached photos the following procedures would help you achieve the what you call the "model look" which is an angular, ruggedly handsome male face.Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler (Restylane Lyft) or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement to create angularity in the cheeks.Chin augmentation using a dermal filler (Restylane Lyft or Radiesse), or a chin implant for a permanent enhacement.Augmentation of the mandibular angle with a dermal filler (Restylane Lyft or Radiesse) to create angularity and flare to the angle and jaw line.Rhinoplasty would be required to decrease the over-projected nasal tip that creates the unbalanced profile.Hope this helps.
