I had a lower jaw surgery and a sliding genioplasty 3 weeks ago. My chin is not symmetrical at all, and the Xray shows asymmetric chin as well. When I told my surgeon about it he said it is still swollen and wait to see the result. If it remains asymmetrical, what are my options to fix this?

It has solution, you only need a real expert in geniplasty who performs a better facial balance analysis and removes that plate-screws, inserts a bone graft and achieves a good chin structure.
Joining the gym won't work to enlarge the jaw and at 22 you will have reached the stage of full growth. Sometimes, dental work can improve the shape of the jaw, for example, if you have an underbite. Secondly, fillers are a non-surgical solution to augment the size of the jaw whilst also...
