How effective is Tixel for treating crepey under eyes and crows feet?

Two weeks ago I had my first Tixel treatment to try and improve the texture of the skin under my eyes. I think I can see a slight improvement and I am told improvements will continue to be seen over the next couple of months as collagen renewal is stimulated. I am not in a position to have another treatment for at least 3 months. In the long run, is it worth it?
