I have what I understand are "syringoma" under both my eyes. There would be at least 50-100 tiny bumps under each eye. (photos)

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

I think there is only one good way to get rid of these - and that is with a CO2 laser.   With a cutting hand piece, these can be cored out.  The CO2 laser will go deeply enough to get rid of the gland, and the new skin that grows in will look normal.  You will have a little scab at each spot treated, and then a red spot for a few weeks. You will need more than one treatment since you have so many.   Once they are gone, you might need a fractionated laser treatment to smooth out the skin.  I have done many of these and patients are always very happy with the result.  Find someone who uses a CO2 laser to do incisional surgery, and they should be able to do this for you. 

These can be difficult to treat sometimes. Usually we have success with electrocautery where each individual bump is treated with a low setting of the electric needle which shrinks them down. Sometimes you need a few treatments but you should be able to find a dermatologist near you to do that. Best of luck
