The bumps are up-raised and often clustered together. To remove/reduce/flatten them I have tried Fraxel re-store (3x, 1 x year apart) Pearl Laser (once) Agnes RF laser (4x, 6 weeks apart) Skin needling (3x, 14 x days apart). Nothing has helped measurably. I am prepared to travel anywhere in the world if someone has a successful solution to treat these. I work on-camera so need to smooth under my eyes and rejuvenate this area. I am 39 yrs old and the rest of my face is fairly plump and line-free.

The Obagi C Rx creams main ingredient is intended to treat hyperpigmentation. You could replace it, if that isn't your main concern, or you could add a Tretinoin cream a few days a week to enhance your treatment results.
