Answer: Liposuction Revision?
Thank you for the question.
Although I understand your concerns, you should be aware that complete correction of skin contour irregularities after liposuction surgery is difficult. Some improvement may be possible with fine cannula liposuction of prominent areas and fat injection in relatively depressed areas. This procedure should be done by a well experienced plastic surgeon (preferably with extensive experience with fat injection).
Best wishes.

Answer: Irregularities After Calf Liposuction
The fat layer over the lower legs below the knees is very thin and liposuction can easily result is some irregularities and unevenness. Now that it has been a year, you are looking at the final result. At this point, there are no massage or any external energy treatments that will provide improvement in its appearance. Whether addiitonal spot contouring with small cannula liposuction, fat injections or some combination would prove helpful requries a careful physical examination to determine if revisional surgery is worth it.

Answer: Unevenness in calves after liposuction I would recommend that you return to your plastic surgeon for evaluation. You may need a revision. Laser would not be beneficial. Without a photo, it is impossible to assess whether additional fat remains that could easily be suctioned, possibly even under local anesthesia in the office if the pockets are localized, or what else could be done to improve the appearance of your legs.

Answer: Liposuction - Lower Legs; now Uneven
It is difficult in general, and perhaps particularly so on the lower legs, to "smooth" out uneveness. This is caused by a variety of factors, including skin tone, amount of fat, the exact procedure done and the areas in which it was done, and others. But "fixing" this can by tricky. I normally recommend a combination of additional lipo for any areas that are relatively full (however couter-intuitive that may sound) along with fat grafting for the relatively depressed areas. This combination is often effective in improving the appearance of the area in question, even if returning it to exactly what you would want is not possible. I would suggest that you have a few consultations with different surgeons in your area before proceeding with any additional surgery.
I hope that this helps, and good luck,
Dr. E

Answer: You can expect improvement after revision liposuction of the calves and ankles.
Hi.
These areas are very unforgiving and require meticulous technique. So some irregularities can happen occasionally. You can usually get improvement with touch up liposuction and fat micro injections.
