Unable to See Clearly with Glasses or Contact Lenses 9 Days After Brow/cheek Lift?

If you distance vision is completely normal, but you have residual visual disturbance only up close, it may be due to focal area of dryness on the cornea. During reading up close [accomodation] your pupil will also constrict. This means that your are utilizing a much smaller area on your cornea and if this area is focally dry, then your up close reading will be affected. During distance vision, your pupil is wider and more light can get through other areas of the cornea.

Long story short, this is still likely due to residual dryness of the cornea that usually will resolve with time and lubrication.

Give it another couple of weeks with lubricating eye drops, such as Refresh Plus, or Systane, and if things haven't normalized, then seek an exam from an Ophthalmologist.

It is fairly typical to have temporary blurred vision after a midface lift, not browlift. However it is important to make sure that you do not have any corneal exposure, or dryness. You should be using eye lubricants at  night and drops during the day. Follow your surgeon's instructions. The vision should continue to improve and be back to normal within 3-4 weeks. I typically will not have my patients go back to their contact lenses for 4-6 weeks. 

It sounds like you may have some keratitis from the exposure. You should keep your eyes well lubricated and contine with your follow ups

Kind of scary, but your vision should return to your pre-operative acuity over three to six weeks (or sooner).  Follow-up with your physician for an eye exam.
