Last month I started my cardio routine, (1 hr running, elliptical) Within 10-20 mins, I would start getting a itch in the ab area, sometimes in other areas, (arms), & then my tummy would have a burning & itching sensation. I thought it was a heat rash at first & took an antihistamine, & put cortisone on the area. Never happened prior. I usually just stop when its unbearable. The pain takes an hour to go away. My DR told me to give it time. I'm depressed, I love working out. Is this normal?
