Ultrasonic Liposuction for Lipodema and Lymphedema?

I am 46 years old. I have lipodema and lymphedema (Stage 2) . I was diagnosed in June 2008. I am looking for any help with ultrasonic liposuction as I progress with this. I'm really scared about looking so disfigured. I am 5'4 and weigh 289 lbs, and my doctor really is of no help but to keep telling me to lose weight. I know this. He's a good doctor but I don't think he really knows enough about this. He just thinks I have lymphedema, but my physical therapist told me I have a lipodema as well. I wear compression. I have abdominal heaviness and my thighs seem to be just getting bigger and bigger. Please help me, I don't want to spend the rest of my life immobile because of this.

It could be: fat necrosis (very firm) seroma (fluid wave) hematoma (doughy) edema (puffy) infection (red/warm/tender) As long as it is not getting progressively larger or associated with the combination of pain/swelling/tenderness/redness/warmth, there are no urgent concerns for treatment.
