What are some of the possible complications from UltraShape? It seems too good to be true. Is it possible to get burned from the procedure? Will there be swelling?
Answer: Ultrashape Risks The advantage of Ultrashape, is that it is a completely non invasive modality which uses highly focused ultrasound to reach the depth of fat under the skin. This fat is usually consistently reduced and permanently eliminated from your body. Therefore, this minimizes any potential risks such as contour deformities or burns or skin loss or nerve damage that may be seen with some of the more invasive modalities. Having used Ultrashape on hundreds of patients we have been very happy to see that patients report good results and have not seen any sequelae or complications. Having said that, the procedure has to be performed by the right healthcare practitioner in the right setting, under the supervision of a board certified physician.

Answer: UltraShape Risks and Side Effects UltraShape Power is a non-invasive treatment and doesn't require anesthesia or incisions. It uses ultrasound technology to permanently and comfortably destroy fat cells and is FDA cleared for 32% fat destruction, the highest in the industry. Having said that, even non-invasive devices, if improperly used, can have deleterious side effects. Yes, transient swelling can occur and this is normal. Not all patients notice this as it is minimal. Burning can also occur if the device is not used correctly. I strongly recommend doing your research prior to treatment in order to find a physician or physician extender that is properly trained so that such side effects can be avoided.

Answer: Minimal Complications with UltraShape Ultrashape is one of the least likely machines in my research and experience to cause problems. Although complications can occur with any medical treatment, they are extremely uncommon (less than 1%) and the vast majority are minor such as temporary blister or redness that fades relatively quickly.

Answer: Ultrashape Power - risks Ultrashape Power comes with big advantages of no downtime, no scars and no pain - well yes, there is some mild discomfort, like as a hot stone massage, but there truly are no burns, or any damage that shows up at all - this is my experience, and seems to be the experience of most doctors that use Ultrashape Power.
