Hi ,Im 20 years old. 5 month ago i get done blepharoplasty surgery and now it still looks puffy. After i get done my surgery i didnt watch my phone or read any book at all for one month. My doctor said it will go down in 3-6 month but last 3,4 month there is no change in my eyes. I cant connect to my doctor . Please explain to me why this is happening . What i should do to make it look normal.
