How can I make my Asian eyes look more Caucasian? (photos)

So I really hate my eye shape, what surgery or Botox can I get to get a nice cucuasian eyes, I think my eye shape is big at side which doesn't really balance a nice eye shape. Also is it possible to get epicanthic fold removal surgery and the excess skin in my inner sulcus and eyelids to be remove so I can have deeper eyes?Which one should I start of with first? I've attached some photos on how I want them to look when I use my hands

The medial epicanthoplasty will make your eyes appear larger horizontally, but also improve the balance between the bridge of your nose and the distance between your eyes. Best luck.

You're eyes are pretty.  So...But that being said you're lid and orbital socket shape and position of the eye create a situation where the inner 1/3 of the crease will always take a downward curve.  You could be more aggressive with a parallel crease enhancement and fat removal of the nasal fat pad of the upper orbit but it goes against my usual philosophy and approach to eyelid surgery in general.Chase Lay MDAsian eyelid surgery specialist
