Hello doctors! Asking for help in choosing right model for the result i want to my face. I want to change the shape of my face, to be more wide & sharp. by implants- implantech. 1. What is the best implants model to get the result i want for jawline (according the photos)? 2. What is the best model for my face to get the chin i want (according to the photos)? 3. Is "literal mandibular angle 1.2" will give me the result i want (according the photos)? Thank you so much for your answers!!

The simple answer to your question is that none of the standard implants are going to create that type of jawline. By your own drawing you are designing a one piece custom jawline implant...which is the only way to ever create that type of defined linear jawline look.

There are many, many stock implant options however based on the bi-angular width you drew you would fall out of what is available in the angle category. The chin projection you are desiring could be achieved with a stock anatomical or extended anatomical. If custom angles are still the goal, we suggest you come to somebody with vast experience in manipulating the facial skeleton and fixating such implants to the underlying bone. The process is quite easy, unfortunately not cheap, and the surgery predictable in the right hands. Good luck to you.
