Best way to use saline rinse after open rhinoplasty?

Dear birdbath The goal of using a saline spray is to loosen and remove crusting so that your nasal lining can heal and return to normal function faster. Although you should ask your surgeon for specific instructions,  I recommend using a nasal spray as opposed to a dropper and spraying at least 4 to 5 times daily. You can gently blow your nose between the second and third week. More aggressive rinsing  can be done after the third week although usually not needed.
