I had open rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago and my surgeon told me to start using a saline rinse after 10 days when my nostrils had cleared (i had a lot of dried blood and scabbing that he told me to leave alone). My nose is still tender - is it enough to simply spray the rinse up my nose and then wait for it to run out naturally, or should i be gently blowing my nose to help flush?
