Thank you for your question and photo.  Sometimes a retained suture or piece of skin can delay healing of the belly button.  Exploration under local anesthesia and can help identify the cause of slow healing and address it.   Discuss your concern further with your surgeon. Best wishes on you...

Typically after a tummy tuck the skin of the abdomen is fairly tight and it appears that your skin is a bit loose. There is also swelling present which may make it difficult to tell what is going on. Allow some more time to let swelling improve and follow up with your surgeon as scheduled 

The most widely used disinfectan "soap" is chlorhexidine. I didn't not feel particularly strong about using it for unless you are have no implant surgery then it may be a better choice than a mild soap such as Dove.Good luckDr. PG

You are very early in the healing process. Those areas should calm down over several months.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended during this settling time.
