Vaser lipo now or Aqualyx/Kybella in future? (Photo)

I always have flanks. I was leaner before lockdown because of gym and less bored eating. I planned to do Kybella or Aqualyx for the stubborn fat. I have gained weight due to lockdown. The love handles are more prominent. The cosmetic surgeon thinks Vaser will work well. Lockdown has lifted so I will have routine and gym again and plan to lose weight. The flanks will remain to some degree though. Vaser or Kybella? Thank you.
