I had acne since puberty and even tough now I don't get cystic acne I get bumps and spots , my whole skin on the face is troublesome , large pores too . What can I do ? I use cetaphil wash , my skin is sensitive and I use moisturizer cetaphil too .

Glycolic acid is an acid and although not very strong should not be done at home. there are many reasons but at least it most likely will heal without sequelae. apply Vaseline on moist skin couple times a day and let water run over your face in the shower
