I am five weeks post opp. I have a few concerns, I have a slight bump on the left side of my nose (bridge), surgeon has asked me to massage this Area,however it does not feel like swelling it feels like bone, and not showing signs of reduction, 2nd concern is I feel like the anatomy of my face has changed.my cheek area under my eye bags,close to my nose is puffy and looks droopy I have attached a few pics. if its swelling should it not have gone by now? or is it because my tip has been lifted?

I am sorry to hear about your concerns. It is important to remember that at 12 days postoperatively, you are still very early in your healing process. Your nose will continue to heal and change over the next several months. Swelling can persist for several months up to a year after a rhinoplasty...
Looks more like a contact dermatitis. Did your surgeon use tape there? Did you use frequent hydrogen peroxide cleaning? Anything else touch your nose in this location?
I suspect the steroids will help. Give it time to heal.
