It is impossible to tell from the photos but you are asymmetric and the right side looks bigger then the left. You are best to see your PS to rule out a haematoma on the right side.
Please call your plastic surgeon and ask for their advice on removing your steri strips. You may also want to ask them if and when it's okay to start using cream on your breasts before doing so. Best of luck to you.
