I am 4 weeks post op from a breast reduction, and was wondering when is it safe to involve breasts in foreplay during sex?
Answer: Sexual activity after breast reduction If you have healed well 4 weeks after your breast reduction surgery and all of your incisions are fully closed it is probably safe to engage in gentle breast foreplay. I would check with your surgeon first though. But gentle is the key word at this point.Thomas Taylor, MD, FACSPasadena, CA

Answer: Foreplay with breasts involved after breast reduction? 4 weeks post op. Congratulations on having undergone the breast reduction procedure. Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to specific instructions in regards to returning to activities. Generally speaking, best to limit strenuous activity for at least 2 weeks after breast augmentation surgery, assuming you are doing well and there have been no complications. Care should be taken during the first one to two weeks after surgery not to allow for elevation of heart rate, blood pressure, and/or direct trauma/contact to the chest wall. Assuming you are well-healed, I think that direct (and gentle) manipulation of your breasts will likely be safe around six week post op. Best to " proceed with caution" and listen to your body as you gradually resume full activity...Again, address your specific questions/concerns to your plastic surgeon, who knows your situation best, and is ultimately responsible for your care. Best wishes.

Answer: When can you include your reduced breasts in foreplay? It really depends on how you are healing and how 'hard' the foreplay is and what your surgeon's philosophies are about sex after surgery. Assuming perfect healing, my patients are allowed to start jogging after 3 weeks... and if they can jog, they can participate in foreplay as long as the hand isn't squeezing excessively hard or vigorous. But its always best to get your own surgeon's blessings in case something adverse does occur.

Answer: Breast reduction recovery We typically ask patients to avoid any physical activity for four weeks; this is because sweating and shearing stresses can effect your incision lines.
