My breast were too sagy and droopy.
Answer: Changes after breast augmentation ?need a lift Hi. Most of the changes have stopped by 3 months after breast augmentation. You have two decisions to make: 1) are you happy with the size of your breasts? - if they are too large then decrease the size 2) do you think your breasts are too droopy - if so you need a breast lift to lift the breast into a higher position. This does have a trade-off however, of having a scar around the areola. You will definitely need a lift if you reduce the size of your implants. All the best with your decision. Answer: Don't fret over cup size... its your look and how you carry it that is much more important. If you want to downsize, its difficult to get exactly what you want since all you can do is look at implants and pick something smaller. If you're uncertain, best to live the life with them and see how you feel about them in 6 months. Its possible you may have drooping with time and may need a lift as well but no one can predict just when this will happen so more surgery is in your future and you want to minimize the number of times you return to the OR.

Answer: Breast Augmentation There are a few issues here:1) First, Victoria Secret bra sizing is known to be very large compared to most other bra makers. Generally, a DDD in Victoria Secret, will be considered a DD or even a D in other bras.2) If you downsize, you risk having a saggy breast. Think of it like deflating a balloon.3) Considering your concerns about sagging and your wish to downsize, you may want to consider a breast lift.4) Most important - you are still relatively early in the post-operative period. I tell my patients to wait 6-12 months before considering a revision. You may still have some swelling that makes your breasts look larger. You should discuss your concerns with your PS.Best,
