I'm a 28 years old female I got 360 degrees liposuction of the abdomen , vaser liposuction and J-plasma on 20 September 2021 I developed repeated seroma , later fibrous tissue formed around it and I ended up having a bulge in my upper abdomen the surgeon said that the best option is a mini tummy tuck which I'm not welling to get the scar I was wondering how to remove this scar tissue with lipo possible especially that it was confirmed to be fibrous tissue and not fat what are the options ?

Correcting to previous rounds of liposuction is going to be difficult and at this point you may need to consider throwing in the towel and not have more liposuction.
Each individual area of concern needs to be assessed individually.
Most likely many areas at this point have been over treated...
The photo you show is not realistic, especially for you. If you have some residual fat or areas not treated, you could meet with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussed what realistically could be done.
Looks like they werent too agressive and you need more fat removal and/or internal heating on the stomach/sides, or a tummy tuck to get really tight. you should use the fat to shape the buttock/hips more. Best, Dr. Emer.
