I was planning on having braids added to my hair so that I wouldn"t need to style or care for it. Is that allowed? Also, if I am menstruating, can I proceed with the surgery?

Every patient's recovery is different even with very similar procedures performed.  Your body will respond differently than other people's bodies.  The amount of bruising has nothing to do with your final result.  Good luck with your recovery!

You can wear jeans within two weeks after your tummy tuck but you can not wear tight cloths for about 4-6 weeks after your abdominoplasty.
