I Have the Mirena Iud. is It Safe to Keep It In. Ive Had It for 2 Months?

I plan to have a brazilian butt lift next yr. Im getting lipo on my stomach, sides, and back. And maybe my inner thighs just where they rub. Is it ok to keep my mirena in? I dont want it removed.

Thanks for the question. You should be able to go on vacation by 3-4 weeks after your surgery. But this is valid only with assuming postoperative recovery is uneventful. If any unexpected incident happens in your treatment process, this time can be extended or shortened. I wish you all the best.

      Although I have seen a patient or two who are not candidates for the Brazilian buttlift, I can usually find enough fat to get at least 700 cc per buttock.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year...
