Hello. One day is not enough time for swelling to go down. You will remain swollen for about another three months and I would not be too worried about your outcome until then. On average roughly 30% of the fat injected will be reabsorbed.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is normal.

Thank you for your question, Its still to soon for you to see your actual results, right now your body is very swollen because of the surgery, as the days pass by the swelling will go down and your final results will show. It takes around 3 months for all the swelling to go down, so I would advise not to worry yet, since your just beginning your recovery period.
