I started with 40mg a day on my first month and got an IB even though I was eating healthy. It then went away, but when I started eating worse, my skin still didn’t breakout as bad. I’m into my fifth day in the second month and I have painful breakouts in the bottom of my chin and pimples all along my jawline. I had a breakout on my cheek that’s kind of going away, but it’s leaving discoloration. Can anyone explain why or give me foods to eat to get rid of the pimples and discoloration?
