I am a 26 year old female. My husband has been fixed. And we haven’t been sexually active in over a month due to the fact I don’t know what’s happening with my period. I have a regular menstral cycle. I am on 60mg of accutane. I am not pregnant. I am almost 2 months with no period. What could be going on? I should also mention my “good cholesterol” has been increasing for some time now. My last blood test showed my Hdl to be 9.6 and my alannine transfosferate to be 40. Would that play any factor
