Buccal fat removal and/or cheek augmentation to obtain high, defined cheekbones and more definition in mid/lower face? (Photo)

Question

I'm 24, 5'10", skinny (~121 lb), but have weak cheekbones/pudgy lower face around lip level. I seek higher cheekbones &definition. Hard to describe, hope pics help. Love these peoples' sculptured cheeks. Specifically, the -Cheekbone profile: high cheekbone tapers in a smooth line to chin(Ogee curve?) -Cheekbone shadows/lines: thin hollow cheeks/shadow of cheekbone I've read about buccal fat removal, cheek implant (malar?), & midface lift (repositioning fat over cheekbone?). What's appropriate?

I perform buccal fat pad removal awake in the office under local anesthesia.  In general the procedure will give your face a more chiseled look.  The effect is natural.  To give the appearance of higher cheek bones, fat transfer or filler injections are useful tools.  Cheek implants are not my favorite.
