I've always hated having round, fat cheeks and I want my face to have some more definition. Nothing really dramatic, but maybe something like the third photo where I'm pulling my cheek back a bit. My mother, aunt and grandmother all have very full cheeks too, and losing weight did nothing to make them shrink.
