You exhibit 3 features of a typical Asian face: high cheekbones, full cheeks, and a small chin.  To create a longer and more angular/defined look you would consider a buccal fat removal procedure as well as a chin augmentation.  You are a great candidate for these procedures. Soon to be young adult patients who have chubby cheeks are usually excellent candidates for buccal fat removal. Thanks for posting your question and photos.  I feel that there is not an excessive amount of buccal fat here. I do see some asymmetry and more fullness on your left side but it still is minor.  That said, you are rather young and as we age we lose fat.  I would be patient and wait for a few years to see where you are at.  Taking out fat when it is not really needed can make you look hollow later on in life.  Consult in person with an experienced facial plastic / plastic surgeon to review your options.
