Am I a good candidate for buccal fat removal? (Photo)

Thanks for posting your question and photos.  I feel that there is not an excessive amount of buccal fat here. I do see some asymmetry and more fullness on your left side but it still is minor.  That said, you are rather young and as we age we lose fat.  I would be patient and wait for a few years to see where you are at.  Taking out fat when it is not really needed can make you look hollow later on in life.  Consult in person with an experienced facial plastic / plastic surgeon to review your options.
