I had my hair transplant 3 weeks ago and I started walking outdoors for about an hour instead of going to the gym to walk on the treadmill. I know that it is not advisable to stay under the direct sunlight for a long time however I am quite fussy so I would not do that at all however I would like to ask you if this is still OK to walk in a cloudy day when the sun is hiding itself behind the clouds, which means no direct sun lights at all, Does this still affect any graft at all? Plz see attached

Depending on the procedure, it could take a couple of weeks and up to a few months or more. It also depends on the amount of times the procedure has been done.
Thalassemia is not a contraindication for a hair transplant surgery. It is always best to check with your doctor and inform him/her of your complete medical history.
