I had tear trough filler three years ago and cheek filler about a year ago. I have something called a negative vector orbit and my under eye bags have always been very bad. The filler helped but since getting it I have these awful bumps all in my tear trough area. My questions is do you think it’s milia or syringoma? And if so how do I fix? Also any recommendations moving forward regarding my filler are welcome,
