Hi I’m wondering if it is ok for me to fly 7 hours after getting cheek filler? I have to wear surgical mask during the 4hour flight and the string/strap sort of overlaps with my lateral cheek filler. Should I worry filler can migrate due to mask n cabin pressure thanks

It is generally safe to fly after receiving cheek fillers, but there are a few considerations to keep in mind:

Mask Pressure: Wearing a surgical mask should not significantly affect the filler if it is not applying excessive pressure. Ensure the mask is comfortable and not too tight over the treated areas. Adjust the mask strap to minimize pressure on your cheeks.

Filler Migration: The risk of filler migration due to mask pressure is low, especially if the filler has been properly placed by a skilled injector. However, it is advisable to avoid unnecessary manipulation of the treated area for the first 24-48 hours.

Cabin Pressure: Changes in cabin pressure during a flight do not typically affect dermal fillers, so this should not be a concern.

Post-Procedure Care: Follow any post-procedure instructions provided by your injector, which may include avoiding excessive touching or massaging of the treated area.
