Thanks for your question. Yes, Sofwave is an excellent option to both smooth and tighten the skin in the delicate under eye region. The only downtime we see is occasionally some puffiness that could last a few days. It will not have an effect on the under eye fat pad (The fat pad we are able to shrink with AGNES RF, which we will sometimes do in combination with our under eye Sofwave clients if they need/desire fat pad reduction.)
