Older clients or those with more sun damage are more likely to need additional sessions in order to achieve the desired results. On the other hand, a 35 year old is more likely to do just fine with a single session. In your early 50's with "mild sagging" you might do just fine with one session- you could wait 3 months to see what you think (because 6 weeks is not showing you your full result), then decide whether to do a second session. Timing of maintenance will also vary according to age and lifestyle. It's perfectly fine to do it yearly so that you are less likely to see the return of fine lines and laxity.
