Do I have long brows? Could a low brow position cause tension and heaviness between my eyelids and brows?(Photo)

I constantly feel tension and heaviness in the area between my eyelids and eyebrows and it is only relieved when I raise my eyelids. Could a low brow position be causing this sensation?
