Can I have a brow lift after an aggressive blepharoplasty?

Stunned54
I've had an upper and lower blepharoplasty in the past. Botox is no longer lifting my brows. There is no arch. When I lift my brow myself, the scars are very visible since they extend further than the lids. I'm also concerned about the lack of eyelid skin affecting the ability to close my eyes, as well as, looking surprised.
