I've had an upper and lower blepharoplasty in the past. Botox is no longer lifting my brows. There is no arch. When I lift my brow myself, the scars are very visible since they extend further than the lids. I'm also concerned about the lack of eyelid skin affecting the ability to close my eyes, as well as, looking surprised.

To make your eyes look bigger the first thing to do is to complete the medial epicanthoplasty. The inner eye will be opened. The second is to do an endoscopic brow lifting to expand the distance between eyes and brows so the provide bigger looking eyes.
