Big eyes. What are my treatment options? (Photo)

Ocular torticollis/Abnormal head posture, constant large angle strabismus outwards and upwards on my left eye. Proptosis/Exophthalmos protusion 24 mm but my right eye is a few millimeters bigger than left. Ptosis, lower eyelid retraction with scleral show, dermatochalasis/multiple eyelid creases, Pinguecula on my left eye and the eyelashes is pointing inwards in an oblique angle on my right eye and Lagophthalmos when eyes are closed. I think that I have Epiblepharon also.
