I had a nose job about 3 years ago I wasn't happy with the results at all , the doctor decide that a chin implant will help me to make my face more asymmetric , and I absolutely loved it , now my question is how often or when you know is time to replace the chin implant ? Is it permanent ? And also the hump on my nose is gone but I waned a little bit more reshaping in the tip of my nose , do I have to go to the whole painful process again
