The past year or so I've noticed a not so prodominate bump become, prodominate.. I think it's being caused by a thinning of my nose skin! I'm 23 and don't tan. But I use to for about a year. Since I was 16 I've used lactic acid peels monthly and normally use retin a. Could this be causing the thinning? How do I reverse it. I can tell the little bump vanishes if I push my nose skin up a smidge..
