You need to be evaluated by a professional dermatologist. It may be a Parry-Romberg syndrome, but a thorough evaluation in person is needed. Best of luck!
Scleroderma is diagnosed by a skin biopsy not by photos . Unfortunately you will need further testing to rule in or out Scleroderma
Hello, thank you for your questions and pictures. I understand this must be frustrating for you as you have seen many dermatologists and have not gotten any answers. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to assess your concerns through the pictures provided in these forums. I would advise to continue advocating for yourself and see if you can find a dermatologist in your area that can assess your concerns more closely. If there is concern for sclerotic type conditions, there are a few that come to mind such as scleroderma, lichen sclerosis, and morphea. Unfortunately I will not be able to distinguish between them for you here on this forum but these conditions might be something to consider. I urge you to seek an expert in your area and bring up your thoughts! Depending on your discussion with your dermatologist, a biopsy may be appropriate. Hope this helps and take care!
