2 years ago, I had the Cutera Pearl Fractional laser done as deep as the dr felt comfortable going. Upon healing, a ton of broken capillaries showed up all over my face and I still have acne scars. What is the best way to approach this? I am thinking of getting another CO2 fractional (either pearl or Acupulse, etc.) and then will for sure do Vbeam laser. I just don't want to cause irreparable broken capillaries to show up after another session. Thoughts?
