Please could you recommend treatments for my bulgy eye bag after hyaluronidase injection? (photos)

Question

I have got small dose Hyaluronidase under my left eye only. Apparently it destroyed everything. Eye bag appeared under my eye. It looks bulgy. It has been 2,5 months but it does not seem to improve. Is it permanent? My doctor says to massage it. I am using galvanic under eye treatment gadget, called sunray and I am trying face gym. Any suggestions much appreciated.

Depending on which filler was being dissolved and how much had been injected, there is a chance you may need more hyaluronidase placed in the remaining areas of fullness. What you see could be residual filler that did not get dissolved. On the other hand, if this is your natural baseline you may need a filler , preferably Refyne, that can blend this area without hydrophilicity.  In my experience Refyne gives a consistently smooth and natural result without puffiness. All the best!
