My face is always seen unhappy. My midface is long i think. And my chin is week. İ had i nose surgary before 3 years. Can fillers or buccal fat removal solve my problem? My lookings tired . i am 30 years old.

Hi beyzahas. Your midface could benefit from more volume. It will inflate the mid part of your face which will make it look softer and more youthful. I would not recommend buccal fat removal.
